I Think Ill Stop Trying To Make Friends
I finished playing thoguh Schrodingers Call. I'm going to write about this game in a separate blog post, but it's the first game I've given a 5/5 in a long time. I've only ever given around seven games a 5/5 before.
After I finished, I realised something: I don't think I can make friends, and I don't think I should try. From my experience, any time I've tried to make a friend, things have gone horribly wrong and only made everything worse. It feels like people have an idea of who I am, and if I'm even a little bit different or don't do exactly what they want, they're more than willing to throw me out of their life without hesitation.
I feel like I'm forced to put on a persona half the time, just so people won't be angry with me for things I never even did or for no reason at all. All I want to do is play video games, but that seems to be unacceptable now.
It sounds like a rant, but I'm genuinely tired of trying to make friends, only for it to cause nothing but drama, and I have no idea why. I think I'll just stop trying to make new friends. I like the friends I have now, and I just want to play games, have fun, and do fun things with everyone.
